All contracts of sale made by us shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms from the Customer with whom AnyToys is dealing. Prices

All our prices are quoted in British pounds and inclusive for UK customers.

Delivery

If stock is available, we will try and send out all UK orders within one working day of receipt of payment, subject to security checks. You should therefore expect to receive your goods within 2-3 working days. International orders may take longer due to the extensive security checks. Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable and we have no control over it. Please note during Christmas or other peak times we may not be able to ship the items the same day as stated and there might be delays in shipping your order out. The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits, or other consequential losses whatsoever. No contract will exist between us and the customer until the goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods.

If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. If you do have any queries about the delivery or the items when you receive them, simply email us and we will normally respond to all emails within one working day.

A signature is required for all deliveries, so please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item. The items are sent either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please note that, as with any mail-order company, delivery is out of our hands once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. As we use Royal Mail for all our postal services all the deliveries are subject to their terms and conditions. In the case of a product being damaged or lost in the post, compensation should be sought from the Royal Mail service and subject to their terms & conditions. We will assist you where possible to claim back your loss. Royal Mail stipulates that only items still not delivered after 10 working days can be officially classified as lost. If for any reason the product is returned to us by Royal Mail we reserve the right to charge the customer for redelivery.

Even though our shipping cart can work out the exact shipping cost for your order, we reserve the right to change it when necessary.

International Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs department for more information.

Please note, due to the law changes European customers will have to pay VAT and may be other fees at your end now starting 1st of July 2021.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed for 28 days against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please contact us and we will make arrangements to either replace, repair, or refund the item. Please note this guarantee does not cover fair ‘wear and tear’. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted items

Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your order in its original condition unopened to us within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. ( eg: Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery). Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error.

Please be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

A 3% charge is taken on all refunds to cover the cost of credit card processing.

The right to cancel your order does not apply to goods that are sealed and cannot be resold once opened. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

We guarantee the performance and quality of all goods we supply and believe that you will be delighted with your product. But there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. All you have to do is contact us for return instructions.

If the goods returned prove to be faulty, a replacement or repair will be carried out. If the goods being replaced are no longer available, then an equivalent model will be offered. Any goods returned as defective/faulty and found to be working, will be returned and you will incur the shipping costs, these costs will need to be paid before the goods are returned to you.

In no circumstances should you attempt to repair or open any product yourself, this includes, but is not exclusive to, the removal of screws, opening the case, disassembling the unit, and breaking any warranty seal or sticker. Any goods damaged by you, or goods opened, are in violation of the warranty and any repairs or costs will be at our discretion.

Refunds are given at the discretion of Anytoys.com, If any goods are returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or used, then we reserve the right to impose a charge proportionate to our costs of processing the sale. We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products at our discretion.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (2006 No. 3289) (WEEE) is a new UK legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using the best available treatment, recovery, and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environmental protection.

The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest-growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitats, wildlife, and also human health.

AnyToys is already doing its best in trying to help the environment by increasing the number of eco-friendly toys we stock and has been selling solar-powered toys from day one. We are also obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE (on a like basis) when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. So if a customer bought a new electronic toy from us we would accept their old electronic toy and prevent it from going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

 

They are products that need electricity for their main function. So for example, a cuddly toy with a sound function would not be WEEE, because a cuddly toy will have play value with either the sound or not.

Vouchers

Vouchers are limited to one promotional voucher per person, per offer, and one per order. Sale items are exempt from any promotional vouchers. AnyToys reserves the right to cancel online vouchers at any time.

Preferred choice

When selected, we will try on every occasion to send out the preferred choice you have opted for, however depending on stock levels we may send an alternative.

Pre-order

All pre-orders are subject to stock availability. Sometimes manufacturers and suppliers are unable to stick to a delivery schedule and sometimes they are unable to fulfill their promise on quantities. They can also be delayed at customs if it is an import.

The expected release dates are subject to change at the manufacturer’s discretion. Shipping out your order will also depend on how many orders we have received so far and when your order was placed in relation to the rest of our pre-orders.

Even though we try our best to give you enough information regarding the images and details, as we rely heavily on what our suppliers tell us with some Pre-Order items, especially the Japanese items it is always possible that the final item you receive may not look exactly like the image we have received from the manufacturers. Also With Japanese items, the unit price is not a confirmed price, and in some rare occasions, it might change due to the weight, the currency exchange rate & also the exclusiveness of the item.

Please note for all pre-orders your card will be charged the full amount. If it was a special request item, the order cannot be canceled at a later date. If we can’t supply the items you have pre-ordered within 31 days then we will refund your full payment.
